Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infections
Otitis Media
Pharyngitis and Tonsillitis
Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Bronchitis
Uncomplicated Gonorrhea (cervical/urethral)
Indicated in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis caused by susceptible isolates of Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenza 400 mg/day PO in single daily dose or divided q12hr
